Returns

Thank you for shopping at East Winds! Our goal is for you to be pleased with your purchase, but sometimes a selection just doesn't work. Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all vendor information tags attached to the item. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. They include any item sold at a discounted price, all earrings, and all gift cards.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase in your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you it has been received and being processed. Credits will be applied to your credit card at that time.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email in advance of returning your item - info@eastwindsonline.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 134 South Main Street, Summerville South Carolina, 29483.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return an item. If you receive a refund, it will include the shipping cost you paid to have the item sent to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise until it is received in our warehouse.
